DESCRIPTION:This will be an enjoyable moderate hike to Hope Pass. This trai
 l continues onward to Nicomen Lake in Manning Park\, but we are going only
  to the Pass and turning back. We may see some flowers and others changing
  to their autumn mode. The trailhead is a 24 km drive from the turnoff at 
 Whipsaw Creek Bridge on a reasonable road. The trail is part of the Hudson
