DESCRIPTION:Wendy Stewart was hooked on cameras as a little girl when she h
 ad a peak through her grandmother’s Brownie Starmite camera in the early
  1960s.\n\nThrough film\, digital\, and soon\, mirrorless cameras\, Wendy
 ’s love of photography has enriched her travels to exciting and beautifu
 l places around the globe.\n\nThe appeal of another photography adventure 
 was balanced with a hectic career as a journalist and then as a public ser
 vant working in government communications offices.\n\nNow retired in Penti
 cton\, Wendy was able to visit Australia in late 2018 and again\, right be
 fore the pandemic hit. The visits were immersed in the diverse nature of t
 he Melbourne area\, which she will speak about in her presentation on June
  14.
