January 14 – Recreation Sites and Trails with Tim Bennett
BC is dotted with recreation sites both nearby and remote which allow nature lovers to camp away from the Provincial and commercial campsite crowds. Tim Bennett is the District Recreation Officer for the Cascades Recreation District who oversees this wonderful resource. He has also been an invaluable help in our work with Cormack Marsh and Martins Lake. During this presentation Tim will talk about his work on recreation sites and trails as well as being available for questions VFFN members have about the work we do in our valley.
