This field trip may not sound too exciting, but it is. John knows a different way of going down to the Similkameen River and coming back a different way. Even I am baffled.
Anyway, the wildflowers and even some birds are staying away because of the chilly temps but I think that the weekend will be different. Anyway here are the particulars.
DESTINATION: From Allenby down to the Similkameen River & Back
MEETING PLACE & TIME: Riverside Parking Lot @ 10:00 am
DATE: Sunday, May 26, 2024
LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: Moderate
DURATION: 3 hours
OTHER: The usual, appropriate clothing, bring a lunch, water, if sunny, sunscreen and sun hat. Closer to the weekend it will be able to see what the weather will be.
